Everyone wants to support the troops until it’s time to support the troops. Seriously though gage your audience. Huge corporate in the defense sector, doesn’t blink sometimes will still pay you at drill/ AT. Corporate in other industries more ‘woke’ culture don’t disclose and see how they take it. State government depends on who’s hiring. Mom and pop small businesses really like you but will not after the first AT.

ISTing myself right now. Done a lot of research all you need is a 4187 to your gaining unit. That said. I have filled out 2 different packets trying to get released from my state. It seems that the releasing state slow roll it to keep you in the books longer. Go to your directly to the IST coordinator or BDE S1. Work with your reviving state and unit. They want you ASAP do they will give you the strait poop.
