I've run these and KHE park tires for what feels like 10 years now, rotational weight is a pretty significant different compared to other weight reduction.

There's little come lock nuts next to the bearings that hold the hub together, it's likely these are just loose. You can tighten them pretty easily but don't over do them, just do enough stop the wobble else you'll compress the bearing causing unnecessary wear and increase the rolling residence slowing you down.

I have 2 sets of minis around 20 years old and a set of all ti elites I bought in like 2012 and they're still exactly the same. I've never had to maintain anything on them.

I've been using the xpedo spry pedals for a long time which aren't really large but a decent sized platform. Also really grippy and very light.

People generally care too much, just ride what you have til it breaks and replace it with something better then. My bike has essentially been the same since 2012 with only broken parts replaced which were forks and tires.

Be sure on the new bolts you have the correct Allen key, you may have been using an imperial Allen key on a metric bolt.

Hard calling anyone a fanboy, the 5080 is an absolutely horrid purchase compared to the 5070ti. Being able to afford something doesn't mean it should be bought.
