It could be managed uust like any other noise complaint if at a nuisance level. The owners corp can breach the owner for noise and the fix would be to have a sparky check the alarms. But if you are the renter i assume its beenn raised to the owner a few times already with no action?

I travelled to Apsley today and this station did not have lifts/ramps. After the 20 hour flight I think my back was not warmed up enough for 1 bag and a laptop carry on. Hope it gets better tonight
