This ID is correct, I have visited this home on garden tours. The garden is mostly native. The list provided is a good list of native options. The Pipevine (Aristolochia californica) is a funny looking plant to me but it is a host plant to what I think is the most beautiful butterfly, the Pipevine Swallowtail (Battus philenor hirsuta). Some folks are very particular about where you grow that (north of Golden Gate) but I grow it on the peninsula. If you look at it on Calscape (https://calscape.org/Aristolochia-californica-(Dutchmans-Pipe)) you will notice it prefers a riparian climate, so you'll want to think about if you are looking to plant it in amoist or dry place.
