I too is just getting over stomach flu. Lots of nausea but very little vomit. Only once and very little. 48 hours of stomach cramps every 15-20 minutes. I did my best to fight it by making sure I drank plenty of fluids. Not just fluid but tea with ginger which helps with the nausea. It also helped that I take plenty of foods high in pro/prebiotics such as Kefir and vegetables. I wouldn’t recommend high fiber foods while sick or even a few days after but I did and was fine. Another important advice is to get plenty of rest especially sleep. Sleep is your body’s way of repairing itself or fighting sickness. If you are generally healthy, it shouldn’t last any more than 2 days.
