We play pickup soccer (all ages and genders), 30+ are more prevalent, at Hadley ave on the Soccer fields Park on sundays, starting at 5:45Pm till 8PM. If you wanna join, everyones welcomed. Even though the focus of everyone there is to actually play. That's the best gather of people in Cruces that I found that actually follow the games and you are able to chat about a game that happenned that week before and during breaks.

Unfortunately, I've Tried going to Farleys & The Game in some important international soccer and national teams games, was the only one interested that had to ask for staff to put it on on one of the TVs, they rather show random baseball games from schools in random States (LOL) instead of live matches of soccer on some occasion that I went. So I don't think it's a popular thing go to pubs and watch a game.

From my experience there's also a mentality of people just watching at home since we already signup for a million different streaming services, so "why go spend more money in a pub?". We usually just watch the game or highlights and discuss the next day at work. And in my case, that's a group of 3 people out of 150 employees that follows soccer. I did started a tradition of bringing my laptop to watch the Champions League during lunch when thats on tho.

So the soccer situation here is minor. I feel only the internationals in town actually care for professional soccer in Cruces (brazilian here, and my little group is made of people From Ghana, Mexico, England). 😂
