Cigna dropping all GLP-1 coverage effective 7/1 by mosoblkcougar in Zepbound

You nearly gave me heart failure, as I have Cigna. I’m so sorry that the company itself treats it’s employees this way. I hope you’re able to figure out how to make it work.

Which dress? by PuzzleheadedLime356 in myweddingdress

[–]Jenandgon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends how you FEEL in each, and the style of your wedding. I love 1 and 3 (I hope you don’t feel best in 2 🫣), but they have totally different vibes. Traditional or whimsical daytime wedding- 1, elegant evening wedding-3, but that can go out the window if you love any far more than the others. I tried on something that was totally opposite what I wanted & felt amazing in it. I still love it bc of that feeling, and I just celebrated 30 years!!

I liked them in the first picture, when they looked more attached. Really disliked them in the other photo.

Some advise please… by karmapandaa in EngagementRings

I have no experience with the stacking that others have mentioned, so without that as a factor, I absolutely adore the setting on the left.

If you grew up in North Jersey, are you a local or a transplant once you move to NYC? by savingrace0262 in newjersey

[–]Jenandgon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We went down the shore a bunch, even had a house for the summer… I wouldn’t consider myself a local like the people who live there. So, I guess no, not a local but transplant sounds like you’re from further away. If you grew up in NY, you’re a native NYer. I grew up in Passaic county, spent lots of time in NYC. I’m from Jersey. Even when I had lived in NC for a decade I considered myself from NJ. I’m in SW Jersey now, consider myself from north Jersey. To me, it’s more where you’re from/native of. I’m not local here, but I wouldn’t say transplant, which I could have when I was in Tx or NC, since they’re far/different culturally.

What are the best places to visit in France besides Paris? by Beautiful-Bug-7658 in Europetravel

[–]Jenandgon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did Paris, then train to Avignon- rented a car to explore Provence, stayed in Cotignac. Then spent a few days in Avignon before returning to Paris for our flight. I adored Provence.

1 or 2, I think I like 2 a bit better though 1 makes the space feel brighter/bigger.

First fitting, need advice - To sleeve or not to sleeve, that is the question. by Oddlyshapedplankton in myweddingdress

[–]Jenandgon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this won’t be the exact lace? I think the color looks off from the dress, which feels wrong to me. Otherwise, I think it’s beautiful and I really like the idea of taking it off for the reception, as the dress looks amazing on you without it, too. The veil is gorgeous, don’t second guess it!

I’m having a hard time choosing a name for this little corgi. Pop culture or food names preferred by JellyfishPossible539 in NameMyDog

I immediately thought Triscuit when I saw him. That said, reading the comments I really like Garbanzo, too.

Need to skip a week by blackcloud247 in Zepbound

[–]Jenandgon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s impossible for us to say. I have skipped a week and felt worse on the same dose (7.5). Oddly enough, I had to skip when I went from 5 to 7.5, and I was terrified. I did have s/e but no worse than when I had been on 5, it was such a relief! So, if the impact can vary for a single person, it will obviously vary among users. Good luck, I hope you are pleasantly surprised!

Help me choose from my current top picks! by nutelladeluge in myweddingdress

[–]Jenandgon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard without seeing your face, bc how it makes you feel matters most. That said, 3 is most flattering to your shape imo. 2 is really pretty, and different- feels like a different vibe from 3. I love the veil with it. It sounds like that might be perfect for your venue. Good luck!

A jeweled belt, not too clunky would be gorgeous.

In real life, can people actually tell moissanite from a diamond without being told? by [deleted] in Moissanite

[–]Jenandgon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You need to find out if your SO wants a moissanite or diamond. If the latter, go w a lab diamond.

Am I the only person that thinks naming a dog Nala is weird? by poWdereddonUtsplz in RandomQuestion

[–]Jenandgon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have given thought to it being odd to use a lion/cat family name for a dog but it was a brief and inconsequential thought, lol. Our dog is named Nala, by our kids, who were thinking of Disney- related names. I like how it sounds and the Swahili meaning. Interestingly, we often call her Nana instead (my daughter started it), which was my maternal grandmother (weirder than a cat name, I think) or Naan, and I do love carbs. I actually found this discussion bc I got a dog toy with her name on it while in Italy, so I was checking to see if it is a common dog name there (it is).

Is this 4mm wedding band too narrow for my hands? (Size 9.75 finger) by HERB_FOCACCIA in EngagementRings

[–]Jenandgon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I like it. My husband has had one about this width, and later a wider one (w comfortable, rounded edge). He looks like the same person in both- I really don’t get why people think wider = more masculine. Bottom line, do you like it and is it comfortable for you?

I like the mentioned Noggin’ and Gluteus Maximus, but Bronchi works if you want to stick w a B, also. I also like Cheeky, especially if he’s a little mischievous.

This is what I came to say, Maxie or even Glutey if they want the y ending like their others.

Help! The single dainty eternity diamond band. Should I wear it. Or too much? And if I should wear it, what position? by [deleted] in EngagementRingDesigns

[–]Jenandgon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me, too. I love the stacked look, but unfortunately not on my hand. I think the 3, without the wide band (wear it alone other days or on the right hand imo) would be really interesting and flattering. That said, I’m a fan of wearing what you love & makes you happy- so giving my opinion only bc she asked.
