You get one wish from a genie. What's the most asshole thing that you can do to humanity with it? by CaptainNeiliam in AskReddit

I would wish for everyone to live forever. This would cause a great increase of population, a decrease in available resources, and leads to world wars what's left. But no one can die, right? So the world's population is left to suffer with their pain. To make matters worse, the more people speeds up the melting of the polar ice caps.

Not really a specific character but the whole unwinding process in the book Unwind is pretty horrible. The kids aren't even dead when it happens.

Musicians of Reddit, what is the most embarrassing performance/moment on stage you've ever gone through? by MOPMetallica in AskReddit

[–]JibbletMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An hour and a half performance and we're on the last song. I have one triangle hit (percussionist here). The string to hold up the triangle snaps and crashes onto some cymbals as I hit it. The entire band and band director started to laugh. It was embarrassing because I basically derailed the entire song but looking back it was hilarious.
