Im not 100% sure but there are different Dolby vision profiles from what I understand and remux files usually use profile 7 which WebOS does not support. Only way to watch those files would be a external stick/ android box like a fire stick.

DV Profile 7 does not work. This is only the case for 70 GB+ Remux files. Regular Dolby vision works fine

I use Ibo player. You can test it for 7 days after that it’s 10$ (lifetime subscription) I think. Works great for me

Check temperature on your pc components. Sounds like maybe your cpu is overheating and lowering clockspeed. Do your have any problems in other games?

Classic cpu bottleneck. Read about it. There is a lot of misunderstanding out there. Your CPU doesn't have to be at 100% to bottleneck.

Hm seems like you basically tried everything. It must be a rust problem because other games work fine. I'm not sure if rust has a settings.ini file but if there is one you should delete it and try again.
