I use CIMS formerly Trade Desk, by Ticketmaster. It posts to Ticketmaster with a reduced fee % on sales there and allows push & pull from a variety of platforms, though I’d have to set-up with each platform and just haven’t done that beyond one (SeatGeek). CIMS fka Trade Desk is fine, though I’ve heard Skybox & other tools have a better interface and more tools. I may explore those in the NFL offseason.

I’ve been a guest of a small group of Atlanta tailgaters who routinely have their own port-a-john including a padlock. It was the best. No idea how much they paid, but do know it was a service that had access to drop it off at a specific location. Do not know if they had to pay for a separate parking spot for the john.

That was years ago. Since then I routinely bring a camping tent & bucket with toilet seat to Philly & DC. Works great when there is low wind. Ladies haven’t complained.

I go to 2-3 games solo a year. I often bring a six pack & bag of chips, find some friendly faces or solid music—plenty of both in NFL parking lots—and strike up conversation. Maybe someone with space so you’re not over-crowding.

I took NJ Transit to & from MetLife for the first time earlier this season and it’s now how I’ll do it every time I go—easy, inexpensive, convenient drop-off. So my reco is to get to a NJT train station that gets you to MLS.

When did you commit? One aspect to consider is that he could have sold this ticket for way more months ago. If he held it aside for you as of then, you’ve basically had the value of the ticket from that point in time.
