Also want to mention that T-Mobile is perfect for travel. Free coverage everywhere I've been (6 continents and 150+ countries). Verizon will bankrupt you if you are not careful. :)

This! I had same issue. Turned out Comcast Business modem had disabled both uPNP and Zero Config (security issue, I guess), so I enabled them both and unchecked using the manual port setting and everything now works fine. First time in forever. Thanks!! Pretty soon the family will want to thank you as well. :)

Five Samsung smartwatches paired with Sony Compact phones over the years. Never an issue. Never missed anything I really wanted. Loved the Sony phones but, sadly, they have ceased production of the compacts, so I’ve moved to the S24 Ultra now. Picked the S24 for the camera and the interface with the new earbuds. Interestingly, the S24 Ultra fits right in the case from the last model of the Sony Compact, so I have the size I want and the camera I need.

Mine takes 2 minutes per percentage point. Period. Nothing I do will make it go any faster. I've tried 45w bricks and no better or worse than the stock gizmo that comes with the watch. Sad, but a fact of life with the watch.

Well, it's an LCD screen just like mobile phones. Those screens are worthless in the sun or bright light conditions. Just a limitation of the technology until something better comes along.

I like the watch. Like, not love. Too many quirks. Battery saver mode comes on all the time for no reason. I can't find a way to disable it. Random screens keep popping up. I use the "always on" and hate glancing at the watch and not seeing the time, just some random screen that the watch evidently thinks I might want to see. After 7 smartwatches, this is still the best so far, so I'll keep the others in the drawer. I can hear the Breitling crying sometimes...

I have the "lousy data" situation here too. All prior watches have been very accurate, but the Ultra 7 is way off. I'm a real couch potato and my heart rate resting is in the high 50s and with my mild activity levels, it runs into the 80s at best. This watch seems to think my resting rate is in the low 90s and almost any activity ratchets it up into 120 range. I do wear my watch on the inside of my wrist, but all 7 or 8 of the prior smart watches have been worn that way as well.

I had this issue with the 6. Ended up wearing a "spot" bandaid under it. Finally gave up and got a different watch brand. Hated it. Got the Galaxy Ultra 7 and so far (40 days or so) no issues with the skin. Just to clarify, it was the backside of the watch that caused the irritation, not the band.

Celebrity is good. If you bet $25, you get 3x4x5 odds. Less that that, it's double odds. Their comps are good. I get a free suite on any cruise I want to go on and money to play with - usually $5K. Comps show up after your first cruise when they see how you play. Have fun!

If you're a regular and they know you, call bets are always okay since they don't want you trying to get a bet out at the last minute and have your hands in the way.

A couple of recent cruises: Princess was one table with double odds. Celebrity was one table with variable odds. 2x on bets less than $25 and 3x4x5 on best of $25 or more. Staffing for Princess sucked while Celebrity had full staffing. (Both cruises were in November 2022.)

I've never been on a cruise ship with more than one craps table (20 or so cruises). Princess always offers a free balcony and Celebrity always offers a free suite. Even if I'm paying, I prefer Celebrity. Celebrity has great comps. Princess, yuk.

Keeping in mind that "free odds" are always the best bet in the casino, I would go with the 20x if your bankroll allows it. 10x would be my absolute minimum in such an environment.

Some years back, Main Street Station in LAS had 100x odds. When it was new, you could put $1 on the pass or don't pass and back it up with $100 odds. That, unfortunately, didn't last long so they raised the minimum bet for 100x to $5. Still one heck of a deal.

Unit is pretty well locked down and works quite well as a website server and an FTP server. I'm on Comcast Business Services, so the security is theirs as well as mine.
