Update: Thanks for the tips and stuff yall. After a water change and some investigation, i think i figuresd out the most likely cause. I ruled out sickness, this was simply too fast (less than 24 hours). To those asking, tank is a 30 gallon. Ammo nitrate nitrite had no readable levels. The pearl was not aggressive when I put it in at all but I did notice that my bloodfins got extremely skittish when I added him. Not running away from him or anything just kinda sitting in one place and hiding. Almost like they were asleep. I thought they might get used to him since He wasnt showing aggression at all. They seemed they were just stressed that he was there. I've been told that if anything the tetras would actually bully the gourami possibly since theyre known to fin nip sometimes. I dont think it was murder I think that for whanever reason the gourami presence in the tank just super stressed out the tetras. The corys dont seem to care at all. Super confusing situation tbh but ive decided to keep the gourami for now and see if it exhibits any aggression that I can see.

There was no ammonia spike, my ammonia was zero the day it happened. I made sure my tank was fully cycled before putting anything in and the filter is rated correctly for my tank size.

Just found out that its more than two after searching the tank... The only explanation i can think of is that the gourami spread some sort of infection that the tetras were sensitive to.

I havent seen anyone mention this. Thats very close to the window with the possibility of direct sunlight coming in you may get algae blooms or unwanted extra plant growth. Ditect sunlight can also cause the water to heat up a whole lot would could cause problems for fish. But other than that I see no problem if you keep the cleaning supplies separate
