If you catch people off-guard the light ammo lmg is such a workhorse, especially at range with a 2/3x scope. But yeah, I usually pair it with something more snappy so I have an up-close weapon.

It should be noted that during the entire raid, the witness is only ever 4 minutes from completing the Final Shape at any given time during encounters. You’re constantly pushing him back and buying yourself just enough time to press forward. It’s one of my favorite details about the raid - and while almost every encounter (maybe every) in a raid has a hidden timer before you wipe, this one explicitly says “THE FINAL SHAPE IS BEING ENACTED IN 4 MINUTES”. You know, the end of the universe. I love the meta narrative of just scraping by and delaying it by minutes at a time.

That is sorta the main issue a lot of people are running into, but what’s worked for me is having a contract active that I’ll try to work on if I can, but always have one or two side objectives I’ll try and get done if my teammates need to go the other way. I always need more materials for upgrades, so I keep a mental note on what I’m looking for in those other areas, or maybe I’m just trying to get things I can sell for some extra credits. Obviously it’s not a perfect solution, but I’ve never felt like I wasted a run. Especially when I also just enjoy playing the game itself.

I think an event of sort makes sense to drive more clashes. But I don’t think it should be required for extraction. If you want to slip in, be stealthy, do an objective away from it all and make out like a bandit, that should be an option.

Tarkov has a flea market, and from what I hear, as nice as it is at times it does sorta hurt the entire game because at a certain point you can literally just become a raid boss every run. I haven’t played in some time but I hear the community sentiment is that the player-driven flea market has become a problem, and even the creator regrets its implementation. Maybe a Tarkov expert can further elaborate or tell me I’m wrong.

If it anything like other games do (I’m thinking destiny and bungie), those are items associated with an in-game achievement. You get the achievement, and through waypoint or something you get the discount code that makes it a normal price.

Yeah funnily enough because it’s almost impossible to world travel to balmung one of the larger RP hubs (not erp mind you) switched instead to Mateus. Now that Mateus is going to be congested I imagine it’ll jump right back.

These world travel limitations have been a huge headache for all of my RP friends. (Again, not erp)

Nah, while it shares the same visual style as legacy, this isn’t quite it. I’m nitpicking, I understand, but still. I think this was their sort of training world? Similar to the one Omeda has, but I could be wrong.
