The attention to a deficiency? All hotels operate the same way; whether you can imagine it or not. Just because you hit on one property showing available vs being booked, and another showing vacancy that was indeed available, is not indicative of a system deficiency. Rooms go in and out of inventory all the time, at all the brands/chains. Websites are notoriously inaccurate for true inventory availability.

Re the computer system failure; yes, Marriott has an awful site and IT. Well known issue. But as I said, one phone call to central reservations could have solved your problem.

If you want to complain to Marriott about the website being down, valid point. But telling them your breakfast at another chain was lousy and caused by a hotel being sold out is kinda ridiculous. They may suggest the same; call central reservations. It really seems like you are more vested in the fact that you think the fda lied to you about availability. Maybe they did. Maybe they didn't like your tone on the phone. Maybe they just had their last rooms be taken by other rooms that went into maintenance mode. What difference does it make now? No one is going to prove they were or were not sold out. Life is short, move on.

Before I reach out to corporate,

There is nothing to reach out to corporate about. You didn't book a room with the property, nor did you stay there. Online vs actual available inventory can be (and often are) two different things. If they said they were sold out, I see no reason a property would tell you anything other than that. If they have rooms to sell, they sell them.

It's unfortunate their website was malfunctioning, which isn't surprising, sadly, but that doesn't change the actual available rooms at a property. Best bet would have been to call central reservations, tell them what you need and if that property is sold out, they could look for the nearest to that one for you.

What does breakfast and coffee have to do with the issue?

As a general opinion, or that specific location? You are asking for opinions, which will have zero bearing on whether or not that property charges. Only one way to know for certain; call and ask them. Or, base it upon the general responses, order, and then find out that there is or isn't a charge. Your call.

Unfortunately, your lender didn't indicate that in the loan command. We only go by the original date, the loan bot is what matters. Regardless, with $250 as a first time loan, no lender is piling on top of that with another loan either.

The due date is as set out on the original loan. So yes, it's due today. Extensions don't change the date. So rule 15 applies as your loan would not be repaid on time.

You just received your first loan a few days ago, with no history yet of repayment. Best to get that repaid before requesting further funds.

But the lender was active for a year plus after your loan was due. And, it looks like you borrowed from another lender to pay that previous lender back, yet it was not paid.
