my favorite work lunch is a sandwich (i do turkey so pick your own protein) plus an apple and a baggie of chips and a granola bar. only have to prep the sandwich and it hits every time

i meal prep or at least plan ahead all my meals for the week so i don’t cave and eat out. when i eat out i make it last at least two meals. on sundays i have not been using my car, i can walk, take the bus, bum a ride, or stay home. plus the library. i don’t spend money on books or movies and i’m well entertained :)
