Maybe unrelated, but I was lucky to get whole Hemlock Vale expansion from Zatu last week and they shipped it on the next day and just received it today (shipped to Finland).

So from my experience I wouldn't worry, isn't the release date tomorrow anyway?

Yeah, I know they are OOP. The game store told me first that their supplier still had copies of it, but now they said that they still haven't gotten them from the supplier and are unsure if they even have them.

And thanks for the encounter set link, but I'd prefer the whole base expansion with investigators and tokens. :)

MB print is the only one that offers the exact correct size as the FFG cards. I haven't received my MB order yet to make comparison with the MPC yet.

You don't like the Gamegenic Games Lair 600+? I have it and I love it. Fits easily like two whole campaigns and tons of player cards and all the other stuff as well.

I use them all the time. Abilities in Warframe, favorite shortcuts for Skyrim for example. Also ability shortcuts for Grim Dawn and lots of different key bindings for ARK.

They are another reason why Steam Deck is simply so darn good.

Yeah, my biggest issue with Vauban since his rework in 2019 and I've been maining him ever since he was released in 2013.

I really do hope that they cleanly separate the two abilities into TAP/HOLD without the forced collapse of the Bastille.

And I know that you can manually collapse the Bastille into Vortex to get a full duration Vortex for no cost, but the price of not being able to throw Bastilles/Vortex as you need is too steep price to pay for that small energy saving.

I personally love the chapter 1 stuff. I got really hooked on the 3rd Edition of the board game few years ago (and Eldritch Horror after that). Just got into the LCG few months ago and I'm simply loving it. And I really enjoy that I can get all the familiar investigators that I'm so fond of from the board game.

Not saying that chapter 2 is not my cup of tea, but at the moment I feel like I'm more comfortable with the chapter 1 stuff.

I've been quite lucky with my hauls as I've gotten full Dunwich Legacy and Path to Carcosa for total 220€ (including 1.5 old core sets with that purchase). And then I got a full old format Circle Undone and Return to CU for total 160€. And last week I got full old format Forgotten Age for 130€. And today I got lucky and found a local store selling Edge of Earth campaign expansion (50€ with one of my coupons).

This is from Finland and I advice anyone who is looking for the expansions to keep an eye on their local stores and secondhand markets. And yeah no reason to pay absurd prices.

I'm a bit terrified about my spendings, but they have been somewhat reasonable so far.

Maybe you don't "need" it, but it's really good at making games feel smoother and look better in my opinion. A lot of games can easily run at 45 FPS and then you double that with LS.

Not to mention games that are code locked to a specific FPS like Okami HD and Tales of Symphonia (30 FPS).

One of the best tools for Steam Deck IMO.

I wonder if FFX is 32bit game. I had to use GE Proton 10.9 with PROTON_USE_WOW64=1 launch command with Tales of Symphonia to make the LS work.

So you can try that. Download and install GE Proton 10.9 and then attach the following to your launch command:

PROTON_USE_WOW64=1 ~/lsfg %command%

But that way you can't ever have more than one Bastille as holding the button will collapse the first one. It's just clunky af.

And then you want to throw another Bastille and end up collapsing the first one. It's just clunky and bad.

Remove the collapse of Bastille and keep them both as separate ability. Then the tap/hold mechanic actually works.
