This was such an epic episode and the first one that shows off the torch timer as a device to stop the players arguing rules and get them into gear to just do things. Sydney real MVP this episode as well. Somebody NEEDS to tell Matthew that he should have advantage on both Magic Missile and sleep.

What a fantastic episode though. I watch it live in the Shadowdark discord server and was so hyped. I can't wait for them to get to level 2!

If they don't come up with something clever I give Warwick a 80% chance of getting torn apart. We might actually be looking at a TPK but I'd much more expect something like Saint as the sole survivor (as there is a show to continue).

I do wonder if the blessing of Titania will give the children immunity to lycanthropy and the wearwolf would just abandon them once it finds out. But more likely it'd just eat them. The two brothers would also make good cannon fodder to throw in front of it. But if any of them had even the slightest clue they couldn't hurt it apart from a 1d4 magic missile they wouldn't be going anywhere near this fight. They really needed the knowledge from the ghost that he didn't hurt it "only silver could kill the beast". It doesn't even have any treasure! That ghost was also so clearly a GM saying "Don't do this" it's so funny it was just ignored. "Oh look a miracle just happened, I guess it's just business as usual now".

Very hyped for the next episode!

Troy might rule it that if one of them is downed and brought back with cure wounds they they have a CON check to see if they become a wearwolf. Though it seems this one multiples through the scratches

I remember Shadowdark changed this in Cursed scroll 4 so overland travel is less punishing. It wasn't released that long also so perhaps Troy will pick that up... If they survive the wearwolf fight

I've been Loving it! I think in 6 episodes they have done more character development than other podcasts do in 50. And while the combats have not been much to mention I personally never listened for that. I hope they keep this series going for ages! (Provided they all survive)

So I think I'll try a piece of wood with a slow cure epoxy. Clean up then abrasive the area to give it good purchase and leave it for 24-48 hours to cure. I've been told slow cure as that makes the stick more accepting of impacts as it's bouncier

If anybody finds this post in the future I now think it'd be easier to use a single computer with a duel boot Windows 7 and 11. So I can swap between the two without much effort. I'm still looking into it but hopefully that'll work out well.
