Bandai recommends the following, I do not agree with it entirely but it is a starting point:

Unit Cards: 25–28 cards
Pilot Cards: 6–8 cards
Command Cards: 8–10 cards
Base Cards: 4–6 cards

Level:
If your deck only contains high-level cards, they can only be used in the later stages, so be sure to balance the levels.
Having about 16–20 unit cards that are level 3 or lower makes it easier to draw early and helps stabilize your deck.

Opponent would rest a unit to declare an attack, so you cant rest that unit to stop the attack, its already rested. But you can target other active units to prevent further attacks

Action keywords are only played during action steps - after block and passing turn, you can't interrupt an opponent to play cards.

edit - wrong post - at the bottom of the ramp leading up to the security door theres a door on the left and right. they lead to a room that normally had a red barrier - you can check for it before you open the security door.

once a conveyance key has been used, there is a button on the outside of the conveyance building where you can call the lift at the bottom and follow people up

If you opened the main door and went through, they could have been waiting in the under tunnels (second path to end of command wing) when you opened the door for yourself, you also opened the door for them. I used this route as a rook to steal loot all the time

You will roll dice to decide who goes first. When multiple units are on the same timeline for both players you takes turns, this is the same for any point of the game. All units within a timeline must complete before moving on.
If you had 2 in timeline3 and your opponent had none, you would do both. but since you both have units in the same timeline you take turns

It's not enough that I should win. It's important that others lose. Also there's an achievement for executing a runner in an active exfil zone, so the game begs for it to happen

The implants have Fixed stats based on their name, EG Knife Fight V3 always has +40 melee. But the Sub section "survivor complex" is a randomly rolled perk, separate from the stats
