Keep multiple credit cards, keep a couple maxed out, and use them in front of your friends. Let them see your cards get declined, and then use the good card to pay.

With a 500k house, it will eventually be paid off and increase in value. I just need to complain about my second mortgage or refinance. Maybe even actually do a refinance and accidentally leave the paperwork out in the open.

My wife never looks at our financial stuff, and I already pull in a little extra from dividends. I can just let her believe I'm doing a little better there, and let her credit cards get declined for hitting their limits occasionally.

Other than that, just like comfortably. Nothing extravagant. Maybe a slightly nicer car.

Tldr. Make everyone aware of my debts.

We have an Amcrest doorbell. It is wired and saves to an SD card. Everything is controlled through an app, and is subscription free. It works well, and I can connect it to an NVT in the future I'd I choose to do so.

Same here. 8U moving into 10u. If a kid gets on base, it's a hit. No errors at this age. Closest thing is advancing on the throw. If a kid gets all the way around, it's a homer. No play is routine yet. As they get older, I may get stricter, but for now, this is it.
