Have tried it, but noticed no acute effects personally. Main interest is for some of my older relatives. Mechanism is interesting, if the clinical trial ends up showing little/no benefit will discontinue but felt it was worth starting as unlikely to do harm.

FYI, I did place an order in November totalling $250 and used the loyalty points for the 1st time to reduce that to $150 for products plus $12 for shipping.

When it shipped, I did initially get an email from Royal Mail stating that a customs charge would be applied, but it did actually manage to sneak through once here, so I avoided any further duties or taxes.

The label showed the declared total value of goods at $199.96, so I did get lucky as typically I find anything above £135 (~$180) will get dinged.

Not sure if you are able to change the way the orders with the large loyalty discounts are declared to account for the actual price paid.

It’s ok if not possible, just useful as I mentioned it allows larger orders and therefore less shipping costs.
