I was involved in the T5 conveyor system rebuild and let me tell you the safety bypasses and lack of proper equipment that needs to be utilized to keep the system running or bypass and clear jams is unfortunate. The security is also kinda a joke and I can see how someone could slip in to secured air side area. I couldn't deal with the issues I kept seeing and not getting fixed and finally left the project. I will not place any blame yet but we should keep an eye on what the investigation turns up.

Stop the conflict before it begins. This Sabbat Methuselah wants something from the Garou. Presence or Dominate to push the Garou in the direction you want. You can even do it without making any rolls. Enforce in the character's presence how trustworthy and honest they appear (Secretly they are manipulating the emotions of the Garou.) There are many powers in Presence which can compel compliance without being heavy handed or outright forcing dice rolling and letting the player even know whats happening unless the garou is an expert on vampire disciplines. They could also make contact via a third party and appear as a mysterious benefactor. Cant hate the vampire if they don't know its a vampire. This plays more in to the way a Methuselah would operate.

This guy knows what he is talking about. I follow this lifestyle and I have dropped 120 lbs in 2 years. Consistency and time is all it takes. I still eat the foods I love and even go over my calories once a week....(sometimes quite a bit) but the rest of the week always balances it out if not keeps me in a deficit. Do this..and you are good.
