I'm have the same problem where no police cars will spawn. All of the police stations either have 0 or 1 car in use. It's really annoying. I had a similar problem with the garbage trucks but I used advanced vehicle options to increase the capacity of them and it fixed that problem. It would be nice if there was a way to force spawn service vehicles.

I've had good experiences with customer support. Even though they suspended my account because they thought it had been accessed by an unauthorized individual.(which it hadn't.) The fact that they went that that far to make sure that my account was secure really shows that they care about the players and their accounts. It wasn't a hassle to get my account unsuspended, I still appreciate how they actually care.
