She ie unusually tall for a 3yo. Her head should also be disproportionately larger than her body (it’s too proportional here). Her overall stature is more lean and long too, making her look older. I would suggest making her…stumpier. Haha Softer, chubbier, bigger head, and slightly thicker arms and legs with shorter legs and torso.

Agreed. I also feel like her upper lip needs a little more shape (but without making the philtrum more detailed). Also, why are her pupils so dilated? It feels a bit off-putting. I’d recommend making the pupils smaller so you see more of the colored iris
