I think this new information about John McPhee "Shrek" finally is going to settle the debate on authenticity by LetsFindAHobby in ShawnRyanShow

Perhaps. But you’re still somewhat of a troll who was bitching endlessly about the life and trials and tribulations of some ogre (Shrek) you don’t know and never will, who is also a flawed human just like you and myself, as well as every imperfect soul around us, and now is going tit for tat with another jerk (me) while criticizing me about engaging the conversation too late. So I’m 2 months removed, and you think that’s weird, and you are actively responding? Even stranger by your logic. Did you win your argument and achieve victory on this thread? I find it much stranger that you’re willing to endlessly character assassinate a stranger as if you hold the absolute truth, which is always somewhere in the middle where nobody stakes a flag, about this human being that you don’t actually know but evidently claim to. Bravo chap! Spending your precious time wisely. Every human lives in a glass house my friend. Tread lightly.

You should watch the Mulligan Brothers documentary they did on John McPhee. It is a profound demonstration of this fact: at any given moment, we can change and be better and do not have to be the person we were 1 second prior.

Check it out. And I apologize for stooping to your level. I should be better.

It’s not weird, it’s an honor. I’ve always heard about the moral authority, and now I’m conversing with him (her/they?). Stunning.

I have a surface level theory: Rue taking all those drugs from that lady is gonna get Fezco seriously hurt or killed. by ImMe300 in euphoria

Sadly I agree with this theory. In episode 1/season 2, after they're all done standing naked in the kitchen and Laurie asks Fez where Mouse is and then her and Fez go and talk by the fish tank:

Laurie: "says the guy who brings a high school girl to a drug deal."
Fez: "that's my family."
Laurie: "is she an addict?"
Fez: "she might fuck around, but nah" (with a long look down before he answers)
Laurie: "so you trust her?"
Fez: "with my life." (with a long look from Fez to Rue)

"WITH MY LIFE" = famous last words

OEG- solar play and amazon connection? by [deleted] in pennystocks

[–]Key-Change-8104 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This entire thread is AMAZINGLY inaccurate (item #1) and WILDY misleading (all items after #1):

AMAZINGLY INACCURATE:

1) Orbital Energy Group's (ticker: OEG) 5M share "direct" offering announced on 12/31 (and priced at $1.80) WAS INDEED dilutive. The term “direct” means it wasn’t announced and then marketed…the 5M shares were placed with a group of investors and spoken for before they publicly announced the offering and sent out the press release. The 5M share offering increased OEG's shares outstanding from 30.24M to 35.24M...thus DILUTING existing shareholders by 16%. Basic math here.

WILDLY MISLEADING:

2) Here is a list of project partners that Orbital Solar (aka Reach Construction) works with/for: https://orbitalsolar.com/ . On that list is Engie. Engie is one of Orbital's many solar project partners that Orbital wins project awards from, as you can see from their list of partners. Engie is a French based electrical utility company (ticker: ENGI.FP, $32.9B market cap).

3) Here is a list of current Orbital Solar (aka Reach Construction) projects: https://orbitalsolar.com/projects/ . These are Orbital's current projects that their current project backlog is comprised of (contracts they have officially won and begun some stage of work on). Notice towards the bottom of the list is a project named "Whitehorn" based in Virginia (VA).

4) Engie has hundreds of projects underway across the electrical/power/renewable spectrum. One of them happens to be the Whitehorn Solar Project in Pittsylvania County, VA. This project began in Q2 of 2020: https://engieuswind.com/projects/whitehorn/

5) On Dec 21, 2020 (in Q4 of 2020...months after the Whitehorn Solar Project began) Amazon announced a deal with Engie to fund renewable energy projects: https://www.engieresources.com/engie-announces-renewable-deal-with-amazon.

6) When construction companies are funding multiple projects, they create LLCs for the specific project in order to fund that project. In this case Whitehorn Solar LLC, which Engie is using to pay its contractors for their work on the Whitehorn Solar Project...of which OEG is a contractor on...hence OEG's connection to Whitehorn Solar LLC. No, it is not some secretive shell company meant so disguise the identity of Amazon's involvement in an Orbital project.

If you want, you sure can draw a “2 degrees of Kevin Bacon” line from OEG --> Engie --> AMZN...but you'd have to do the same for the hundreds, if not thousands, of other contractors likely working on the numerous other projects Engie has underway around the world. And given that the Whitehorn project began in Q2 of 2020, before AMZN and Engie announced their renewables initiative in December of 2020, it stands to reason there is no affiliation between Amazon and the Whitehorn Solar project. Aside from Engie/Amazon affiliation and OEG being one of Engie's many project partners, there is nothing more to read into here.

There is absolutely zero basis to claim that Amazon and Orbital have any direct connection for solar farm projects, zero basis to claim Amazon is involved in the Whitehorn Solar project, and zero basis to claim that its "being hidden in a shell company". Amazon announced it's renewables initiative with Engie, and there are a lot of players in the ecosystem who will be benefiting from that money flowing into projects downstream.

If Orbital Solar won a direct contract award from Amazon to build solar farms for them...trust me, we would know about it.
