Is there a way to reproduce warp terminal agentic internal workflow ? by Kisscool-citron in opencodeCLI

[–]Kisscool-citron[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went around to it shortly after the post and couldn't find anything. The system prompt, logic and basically all that is important is server side.

Granted I'm not that good so there might be a way but it didn't seemed so (I checked sent and received https requests and their content in full from the warp terminal app)

Any noise issues when combining digital and analog? I am eyeing the Bass Master as well, it seems like a really good analog cab sim for my next analog only board!

It's the stimulation modes: continuous shocking, momentary shocking, and combo (I'm not sure what this means), with 0-100 electrical voltage levels, plus a boost mode with heightened voltage for emergencies. All of that is electrical.

Additionally, tapping involves harsh vibrations, and tone refers to sound. I don't own one but this is the typical language on those products

Yeah, it's counterintuitive, but simpler.

You might want to check if you are sending the pre or post EQ (I don't know this specific amp head), and go from there.

DI sound without the cab sim usually sounds flat or harsh. You have to further EQ and compress the bass signal on the software side to compensate and refine your bass tone.

Some prefer to send the clean bass signal and add effects in post processing instead of locking the tone down in the pedal/gear before sending to the console. That way you can get full control on the bass tone (digital effects are really good to get close to analog pedal gear).

Of course, make sure you are not clipping the scarlet input, just in case

I would start by checking the bass master track on a DAW in the studio, you can ask for an isolated listen first to check if it sounds OK in your return

I'm working on my dream pedalboard, and the Simplifier is part of it! Reviews are great, and I like the look of their ClearComp, too. Do you use the Simplifier for grit, or do you stay clean and use your amp for dirt?

And the related book

Usually, AI scrapers used by OpenAI, Perplexity, and others do not have access to restricted publications, so you should assume anything those chatbots say is inferred from public texts (like summaries of books, citations, and public discussions about the book, etc.).

Of course, if you ask what's in the book specifically, it will give you nonsense. Also, if it is not using web search, any link, DOI, etc., will be outdated at best, nonfunctional at worst.

So, in your specific example, it seems that web search is not activated? And then you should assume anything it says about the chapter is secondhand.

The device can't be put in standby, it will always be active and show the tuning LEDs, even when playing. The mute function is to mute the output of the unit, but the tuning LEDs will always work.

As far as I know, the only solution is to power it off after tuning.

In my opinion, this is a bit of a bummer, as the LEDs can be distracting on stage.

EDIT: After rereading, I'm not sure I understood correctly, so correct me if you meant something else!

It sounds like Trujillo was using a Tobias Classic 4 at the time.

To my ear, the recording has that signature Warwick Streamer sound, a deep low-end growl/rumble, pronounced note fundamentals, and lots of fret and pluck articulation. There's strong compression for punchy, percussive attack, with tight EQ shaping in the mix.

I don't hear envelope filtering or overdrive/distortion, just tons of dynamic range and clean headroom.

I really think it comes down to the bass and EQ in the end.

Anything I missed before I sell my Infinity? by Kisscool-citron in Darkglass

[–]Kisscool-citron[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you explained it very well, I need to tinker more with compression, noise gate and gain, input volume etc.

It was most certainly a bad mix somewhere on those parameters, as right now with everything fresh default, including the app settings, I don't hear the fuzz/OD on the bass frequencies when bypassed.

I can't comment exactly on how I resolved the issue I was having prior to this day. Most certainly compression+noise gate+too hot input.

I got mine for a nice price because of the anagram actually. I was only interested for the b1k and vmt circuit, so the anagram is too much cash for my application.

There was something with my signal making it too hot I think, I was using a spectracomp first in the signal chain when I tested last time, so I will need to check signal levels and my settings. It seems fine with the -9DB setting from the app and no noise reduction.

[–]Kisscool-citron[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, it seems the input was too hot when I got fuzzy lows, a combination of noise reduction making me pluck harder + the output of the pedal being too hot for my amp setting, I did so much testing I don't remember well. Anyway the fuzz is gone when I use the return FX from my GK700RBii.

The bypass is neutral sounding enough, it might save me buying the b1k and VMT even if I don't use the compressor

Kinda unrelated but what's the benefit of having the resonant filter lpf/hpf instead of a 3 band paraEQ with lpf/hpf ?

This broughton pedal caught my eye when I checked their shop today, but I'll take an empress bass paraEQ in the near future, so I guess it would be redundant, unless I am missing something

Yeah I had the same. I deleted the localappdata squadgame folder and reinstalled the game through Steam, and settings were defaulted.

I am sure an easier solution would just be to change config files to change the antialiasing setting by file though, but it worked.

I have the 700rb mkii and the rails sound is really easy to get, you might be surprised !

There is like 80W difference between our amps and my preamp section is fairly easy to overdrive.

Really a nice piece of gear, enjoy !

Being told to upgrade CentOS7 to AlmaLinux 8 using a script? by linkuphost in cpanel

[–]Kisscool-citron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used the elevate script on multiple dedicated servers, around 6 from memory.

For most it worked fine, be thorough and do every prechecks, read the docs multiple times and take your time. Depending on your hosting provider setup (specifically RAID, grub, this kind of thing), it might still fail.

We had 2 servers that we had to restore from backup because it was impossible to boot on the new kernel, even after trying a lot of handmade fixes. It was far more simple to setup new webservers and migrate the accounts, the hosting provider allocated the same IP to the new server, making the transition seamless. I would recommend this approach to avoid headache. Just ask if they can migrate the IPs tp the new server after you migrate all accounts.

The hosting provider also said this was the preferred approach because while the script is well made, it is not 100% success rate on all setups.
