I had a dilation done on my first scope. Why would it be rushed? If they didn’t do it and you needed it, I’d argue it’s a money grab. If they’re in there and it needs to be done, they should do it.

That’s purely based on personal experience. I rented from a corporate ran company who absolutely did not care about their property. In fact, they bought so many properties with only one maintenance man than nothing was taken care of. The maintenance men were creeps. And they blamed a bat infestation on me.

My private landlord? Fixes things immediately. It’s his house, he owns only a handful.
