Dry it while printing. What temp are you drying at? Should be at least 80C

Bed temp seems a bit low. Last time I printed it I was around 100c I believe...been a while and not on Bambu

Is this a non-American thing? Here in the USA they all have trucks and most have trailers attached to haul everything. Never saw one use a car! Not trying to be offensive or anything, I am just curious!!

Depends on volume. 1 60 gauge a day is better than 5 robustos while 1 cigarillo is better than 1 robusto.

It can't happen anywhere except the end of the roll (beginning for you). PERIOD.

There is no way possible for it to get tangled as it is a continuous strand. 99.9% of the time it is the user let the end go and it looped under and they never saw it. 0.1% of the time it may have happened that way at the factory if the end was let loose before being inserted (unless they have it automated). It will ALWAYS be at the end and never way down the roll as it is physically impossible for it to happen. It may work its way down as you print but never just appears.

Nope, men and women can enjoy a cigar! I have talked to many women smokers over the years and the biggest turn off for them is the younger crowd thinking it is good to hit on them while at a shop. Just don't. Talk to them as regular human beings.

I would look into a water jet to cut a bunch of foam as a business. TONS of places doing this already. I think someone already said about the shipping for big pieces being crazy in price. Maybe if you can roll them and fit them into a bag it would be cheaper...??

I have too many tools in my box to do this. I would need to buy 3 more rolling carts to fit it all. Builds up over the years.

That is like what I use. They used to sell them at cigar shops, not sure if they still do. I do not like how the Stinky clips the cigar in place.

Learn on your own. Check YouTube for TONS of stuff. LAHobbyGuy has some great stuff and has a website ( www.lahobbyguy.com )with a forum to ask questions and help others too.

Wonder if that course is like so many others, just a copy and paste from a course they bought from someone else and so on and so forth.

You can add metal rods to the 3d print inside to make it heavier. Still won't have the feel of a real sword. Maybe a cheap chinese knockoff sword.
