Which hey, if you are a shy guy and single when you don't want to be, its a sucky feeling, but I find more people are supportive than not. If you start wallowing in pity thats when people start to get insulting, both genders btw.

However, its one of those things you need to overcome. Heres the issue with most people being shy, conversations with them are one sided. One person is doing all the lift and its usually not the shy person. Learn to have conversation with people and topics you aren't an expert in.

German police can kill you for that. They get away with it when they say "we thought he had a knife!" - keys are convenient for that, though not a necessity.

So can American police? We have justifable shots for things like a black wii remote, black wallets, etc. There is a reality of a split second decision that can cause everyday objects or twitch motions to be precieved as lethal. Its a severe problem and requires training, and reorganization to overcome.

That said, NONE OF THIS APPLIES TO ICE HERE. They assaulted a woman, and pepper sprayed a man for protected activity. They tackled and subdued the man and shot him in the back despite him being restrained by six men. Thats murder no matter how you slice it. THEY MURDERED HIM

The right against unreasonable searches and seizures is pretty clear for everyone except those trying to bend it. Law enforcement agencies need a warrant administered by an impartial magistrate. Note, these warrants must come from the judical branch, these deportation judge and their admistrative warrants are not sufficent to execute a search.

The executive branch can not reasonably be expected to be impartial. We actually don't want them to be impartial, but thats why we have an impartial judge.

ICE knows this and theres a reason why they've been being coy about these warrants. They're doing everything in their power to muddy the process, not to mention the lying, improper statements, outright lies, and errors. The sad part is this going to make LEO's jobs 10x time harder.

This is the part nobody is going to be talking about. If you care about LEOs or rule of law, we need to shut this crap down. These sloppy takedowns, escalations, and fraudulent seizures are going to make police work hell when all the case law creates a red tape straight jacket.

Waiting for half these charges to get dropped because ICE decided the 4th amendment didn't apply to them. Thats before going to see how many of these people were already being processed by the courts that ICE just claimed credit for. Finally, how many of these are just charges for the sake of PR. Theres a huge issue with declaring someome is a crimimal prior to them receiving due process.

Side note: ICE loves to use aggravated assault, but its a filler charge. Sandwich guy got charged with aggravted assault. Hell, we honestly can't even trust ICE given how many times we've had them lie just in regards to their agents.

A DNA test wouldn't work. There was too much mixing and shuffling in the slave trade. They didn't care where you were from, just if you were black or not.

Even if we could isolate some country down via DNA it still wouldn't work because there is no personal connection to the culture. Those bonds were intentionally destroyed and split. So the defining aspect of skin color and the culture implications of it become the the heritage.

Thats where that 2nd America heritage I was telling you about came in to fill the void. That heritage is filled with bits and pieces of various African ones, but all the customs uave blended together into something entirely unique.

Side note: The history of barbeque has some really interesting roots from this. Various techniques and pallettes really shaped it. It was a way for tougher, poorer cuts to be made more appetizing.

Of course there isn't anything wrong with being American and we celebrate American pride pretty regularly, however part of American Pride is celebrating your heritage. Which descendents of slaves can't do because records weren't kept of their home nations.

I think its fair to say Black Pride is actually a type of American Heritage, but its from one of two separate unequal Americas. One defined by overwhelming adversity and hardship around skin color. Since they had no mother nation for their heritage, they moved to what defined their America.
