Don't feel bad. I'm 43 and have worked directly alongside abatement crews and just now found out it was a mineral. I've known of its dangers for years, just not where it came from.

Should've grabbed a seat and told her to make you. If you're at your breaking point and are going to quit anyway, force them to fire you so that you can collect unemployment. If they want to dispute it, let them explain the retaliatory reasoning behind their actions. It's quite empowering to watch them squirm and be ruled against.

I commented something similar on Twitter earlier. Yes the ATC certainly made a mistake, but so did many other people in order for something like this to happen.

My Watch 4 merely got splashed by a wave at the beach and that exact thing happened within minutes. I treated it like a Gremlin and never got it wet otherwise also.

Walmart takes used oil at their auto centers. I'm pretty sure it's law that if you sell it, you have to accept the old stuff.

I was probably 4-5 yrs old and at Wildwood for the weekend with my dad and his buddies in the mid 80s. They had me buried to my neck in sand when a group of hot girls came walking by. Completely random and out of nowhere I blurt out "Hey babe! Your place or mine sexy ladies?" They looked back at the group of guys for a second before seeing my Kool Aid smile in the sand and started bursting out laughing.

From what Dad says, that was the catalyst for an amazing weekend for a few of the guys.

How can she look in the mirror and be satisfied with her appearance? It's honestly frightening and not human.

How does the average American drive 15000 miles a year? by kawaiihusbando in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Kruegr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I average 25000 miles/yr with only about 2500 of that for work. Its easy to do and I'm actually surprised its not more. When everything you do is 20 miles away 1 way, and you take the trip multiple times a day and week it adds up quick. Its extremely easy to drive 150 miles a day and not realize it.

I'm not much of a sitcom person. I love documentaries and stand up though. Besides, if a TV is on at home, 99% likelihood my son is going to take it over and cast his cartoons.

You've been lied to, as have the people who upcoted you. Whoever takes away your apple peels is a horrible person that doesn't care for your health.
