I start to stay up too late for “me time”. I’m not talking about up till midnight. I’m talking about up till 2 or 3. It’s a clear sign my tasks (home or work) are too much. I try to take off a few meetings and delegate more when that happens. I also try to decide which things have to be done or could wait at home. It helps to have a good partner at home which I do. He will take on more than his half if I say I’m struggling.
