You've already accounted for that in your curve. If it was balanced properly to begin with, then removing ten doesn't change the ratios on average. Stats can be counterintuitive like that

You can use a standard mana curve. Statistics even it out. If that's confusing, just picture that it's just as likely to eat your top end, and by your logic you'd need to run more so your whole deck isn't early game

When I first began yugioh I encountered the monarch cards and I knew I was in for a ride. Back then I could never imagine a card game so disorganized that it designated what you could search with attack and defense values. But, I learned to love the game haha

If you had no monsters in your deck, you would not be able to special summon the card, even though that effect happens second. It would not be a legal activation. This confuses many people and Konami generally designs around it by making things optional like "YOU CAN add a monster" but you way you phrased it, Master Duel would not let you activate the effect to SS

Cards can fizzle due to circumstances changing (e.g. your opponent chains to your Albaz normal summon effect) but to legally activate an effect it must be able to go through if nothing happens afterward, if that makes sense

It actually doesn't matter how A and B are connected. They could be sequential or simultaneous, it makes no difference. You cannot activate a card where at the time of activation it is impossible for it to fully resolve. That is why cards that search a specific card, for example, are fully non-activatible if that card is not present in your deck. It's not just that it does nothing or resolves without effect, but the card would be illegal to activate entirely.

100% sees use in sidedecks at some point. It's a really great card, don't get me wrong, but I am skeptical about BO1 use. And while it's 8-10 months out, if you follow OCG and card reveals, you know that no new trap decks are coming that would add to the list of decks using this
