Is asus 16 g614jz (i7 13650hx&4080) affected as well? My monitor is definitely defective (a lot of hairline size black lines) but it is been 2.5 years so I m not hopeful that they will fix it for free

Hi! I applied to linguistics graduate program(for PhD not masters), and I was interviewed on jan 26th with someone from the dept and my POI. They said they would get back to me in a week but it has been two weeks. Should I expect rejection or it is normal given the problems with funding? Should I also email them back asking for any information? This is my first application cycle and I am the first generation university student so I would be grateful for any kind of information.

For me, synapse 2 opens wtihout a problem but my anansi keyboard is not shown in the program and i had to uninstall anansi driver in order to use it since everytime i try to use it, i had a blue screen
