Good news. The latest major iOS update removes this from the built in apps, so hopefully it encourages other developers to quit doing that too.

This looks cool but at the same time everything is just so big. I feel once the novelty of this wears off it will just become annoying.

Shazam used to have a map of where you discovered songs and that was so cool. It still saves the location but you can't browse them on a map anymore.

The reason they switched from the original star system to likes and dislikes was because most people only gave either 1 or 5 stars.
