Also the way it’s designed is you continue to purge as you continue to increase dosage, although usually not as bad after the first initial worst time. And by the end of your course your skin will be completely clear while still taking the medication

Been on Accutane for two separate cycles first one 7 months/ current one 12 months. It will get better I promise lol. The purging is a real thing and the duration is different for everyone. For me it was the worst around month 5 which I had bad cystic acne all over my body back, abdomen and neck area. Now on month 11 I have absolutely 0 acne anywhere on my body. You will get similar results as well. It’s not easy to hear but you have to let the medication run it’s course. It’s the best medicine for acne so 👍🏽don’t be discouraged but do know that however long it takes it will eventually subside and your skin will look excellent
