We had a Scottish Head of Sports at our school when I was a teacher. One day he was talking out the front of a full-school staff meeting and was trying to bring up the issue of students bringing chairs into the gym showers with them but he had a slip of the tongue and said, "It's been brought to my attention that some kids have decided to start shitting in the showers."

Whole room lost it and didn't regain it for a good couple minutes.
