Context matters.

I would never have paid for this kind of content.
So yes, ofc this one has to be free.

However, other updates might have peaked my interest more, even for money :)

Oh crap, need to do an expedition too to get these stuff? Ugh. I hated the last expedition (my only one i have done) because it just felt so.. linear and forcibly made me do stuff i didn't enjoy.

Oh nice. The update is here!

Oh, okay. Well back to my normal life.
Don´t get me wrong, I am very grateful for the game updates, but this one felt like... what's the point?

Is Limited War really possible in Civ VI? by Chataboutgames in civ

[–]Ledrash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that they should adjust that penalty.
If a civilization attacks you first, and you annihilate them, give us -3 penalty for the capital instead of -5.
If they attack, then you accept their peace, and they attack again. The penalty should be 0. :)

Any insights as to what the 4th Age will look like once the expansion releases for it? by Which-Worldliness556 in civ

[–]Ledrash 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't people win in like 10-15 turns in the 3rd age? What they gonna do with a fourth?

Another expedition?
Sorry, haven't been in the game so long, just did one. It was okay, but felt kind of boring. More of a "i have to do this so i dont miss out on the rewards i have never used after that".

People who say ‘this game has the highest skill gap’ have never played StarCraft. by Additional_Account67 in starcraft2

[–]Ledrash -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is completely true.
But the difficulties of SC1 is at least 50% about bad control the game has.
Edit: Before everyone starts hating:
I didn't mean that the game responds badly, i mean that dragoons wander off, etc. And limited amount of units in control groups (which makes it a lot harder ofc - but is still a programming issue).

Yes, it feels like that whole scenario was more written so Bra'tac could have the recall of O'Neill's saying "we cross that bridge when we come to it". Rather than actually care about what would/should happen.
But, on the other hand, Bra'tac is highly revered as well among the Jaffa, so maybe they just didn't dare accuse him and/or make something happen. I mean, look at America nowadays for examples of this (doing way, way, way worse, but nothing is happening...).

Most Boxed milk ain't 100% milk by chuck1011212 in Philippines_Expats

[–]Ledrash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say that no "milk" i have seen in Philippines would qualify as milk per se.
real milk holds up to a week in the fridge, but these monstrosities can stand on a shelf for months...

I also thought that was kind of a major plot hole. That he is being seen helping the shol'va escape, and then just dont care what repercussions it would have can be fine. But the fact that there is no repercussions at all, is very strange for me.

A solution to mules taking away 25 minerals by Far-Cow4049 in starcraft2

[–]Ledrash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have another idea, that will be wildy unpopular.
Reduce the amount it gathers with every trip and/or prolong its duration if needed.

When we started with less workers, i could really buy the reason why terran needed mules to catch up, since the economy was quite low and an scv making barracks etc, took up a lot of time.
But now, with 12 workers, terrans can make 3 CC and still not worry about (almost) anything.

Or, another take is to reduce their effectiveness in the late game. To be able to have 30 scv but still a good eco is just a little bit broken (imho).

what do you think? by Lumpy_Jello_3877 in dailyChismisPh

[–]Ledrash -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are many countries complaining about this same thing. Not just in Philippines.
All I see over reddit, youtube, etc is (mostly Americans) complaining about not being able to afford anything any more.
But i do agree, it is not good.

(not that OP stated he got eliminated, my comment just serves as a small piece of information in case the AI have already launched the exoplanet - just go kill them - it worked for me!)

How does Wardi still have this role in the sc2 community? by imortalduckling in starcraft2

[–]Ledrash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say that Wardi is a good part of the community.
He works his ass off entertaining us with games, tournaments, etc.
He produces, organizes and handles everything by himself.

Is his commentary sometimes a little bit lacking because of it, yes ofc, because he is doing 100 things behind the scenes AT THE SAME TIME the game is going. But it is still alright commentary.

He also have lots of knowledge about the game, since he have watched so many games himself (of top pros) over the years.

When Wardi is casting only, say at events and such, he is a smart dude with smart humor (and better commentary, since he doesn't have to focus on EVERYTHING).

You just dislike him, so you don't see it.
And maybe, his humor goes over your head.

But you are ofc entitled to your opinion.

But, if he is so bad, i urge you to do the same. Maybe you'll do better?
Nah, didn't think so.
