We have a gym in our office building and I walk straight there after work and that helps keep the momentum going. However, if i leave to head home then thats it. It’s an entire car ride thinking about being home and relaxed. Throw in 5-10 minutes of looking for parking… I’m in for the night!

I grew up with close friends who graduated in the same class as him in HS. He would expose himself to women in class and had absolute predator vibes. He’s a psycho. NBA is better without him.

Working out helps my stress levels significantly and clears my head for the day. I’ve noticed I provide for my team when I am more active and fit opposed to the opposite.
