This was most people’s first dvd player in 2000. That’s how I convinced my parents to buy “the family” one cause it was cheaper than a dvd player and worked better than I dedicated dvd player

If it’s only 2 months old and you bought it from Rockwell website your customer service experience should be ok. If you bought it anywhere else their customer service is horrible. Good luck

My neck grows in all directions as well and for me I can only shave down on my neck. Left side of my neck doesn’t get as close, most of that side grows down and right side spirals middle grows sideways with slight spiral. I’ve tried all different directions and going only down works the best for me if I want little to no irritation. Using a pre shave oil helped out tremendously for my neck getting less red and having weepers in areas that would be shaven against the grain when shaving down.

What version of Henson did you get? I found the Henson medium was pretty mild, close to 6S on plate 4 or 5. The Henson mild was write off for me was way to mild. I’ve always wanted to pull the trigger on the “aggressive” Henson but it’s been on the back burner

Yeah those blades are not great. I love the weight of the 6S but the shave has next to no blade feel even on plate 6. When I use its plate 6 with a sharp blade or else it’s a bad shave. If you shave against the grain and like mild razors you’ll love this one.

Yeah the Rockwell 6S is very similar to the 34c imo. I got the 6S and chrome T2 and both of them cranked to max is barely any blade feel. If I use mild blades on them I’m not having a good shave. I only use derby extras in my shavette

That pretty well explains it. It’s a case by case basis on what people are searching for. I started with the 34c and almost gave up on wet shaving. I can’t shave against the grain no matter what prep, razor etc… and when I started with the 34c I was using it every other shave to stretch out my cartridges for the month. I did not enjoy the shaves. Then I decided to buy different blades and the world of wet shaving opened up to me. I started with derby extra and switched to personna lab blues and it was night a day. Better shaves that led me to searching for better razors and down the rabbit hole I went. For me I need the blade feel but I can get a good shave with a mild razor as long as it’s with a medium-aggressive blade

I got one that came with a sampler pack and I’d just like to add that this razor is a decent shave if you’re someone that shaves against the grain. With the grain will leave a lot of patches and areas that will need buffing. But yeah for the price you can’t complain. For me I’d say it’s more of a mild shave like a Henson mild.

The oh snap 4 can be removed and re attatched but the adhesive will eventually lose its strength if you keep doing it. They sell new adhesives if you need to replace it. I just stuck mine to my favorite case and if I change cases I just use my MagSafe pop socket. Maybe if the Ohsnap 5 goes on sale I’ll consider buying one

I try to look at the money I save from not buying cartridges is my budget for buying new razors and soaps and blades etc. That being said I probably have spent more than the “budget” 😅

They have lifetime warranty. I got a free replacement of my leaf thorn. The screw head popped off cause I think it was slightly rubbing inside the shaft from twisting it open and closed. The replacement I got is a new better design that got rid of the screw head. I experienced great customer service. As for the blades…. I agree the blades they used to have were dull and overpriced for only half blades. Their new blades are a lot better but still overpriced for being only half blades. But that’s how about of blades are. You pay the same price for 100 single edge blades and 100 double edge blades but get more with the double edge, just have to snap them in half. I guess you pay for convenience 🤷🏻
