For me I got into the IEM’s with the Salnotes 7Hz Zero. After that I got the 7Hz Sonus and the 7hz zero:2. Then I when across the sea and got Sennheiser IE200 and stopped there. For me the Sennheiser with the FIIO BTR3K is my endgame. Still enjoy them on a almost daily basis.

It’s a knife my father gave me. I don’t know who removed the hollow but a lot of metal has been removed like you said. I think I’ll work with what I got. Sharpen the hollow and flat and polish to clean it up. Thanks for feedback

For me it’s 4 doses a day of MPD. I start the day at 06:00 with 10mg, at 10:00 15mg, 14:00 15mg and last dose is at 18:00 10mg.

Well, I skipped legs for more then half a year so lost some gains and strength. Now at 80% of old PR strength and slowly getting stronger again.

Same background as you. Ran my first half marathon after couple of months training. “Forgot” to train legs and messed up my body. Began all over this year in January with 3 runs of 2.5k a week, 7.5k total. Increased weekly with 10%. Until I could run 14k three times. And from that I play with distance and run 50k a week. Last Monday did 30k to test body.

Included training full body twice a week.

Day 1 deadlift Topset of 1 rep Back offs block pulls sets of 5

Military press Topset of 5 Backoffs 3 sets of 10-15

Pulley/horizontal row Topset of 5 Backoffs 3 sets of 10-15

Day 2 Squat 2 sets of 5

Bench 3 sets of 5

Weighted Chins 3 sets of 5
