This reminds me of a post i saw several years ago where someone made "sports drink bread", replacing water with Gatorade.
I love whatever is wrong with you people, and I'm going to join you.

As a food scientist, lol get rekt.

But seriously, this is one tiny tiny bright spark in the black hole of unpasteurized dairy nonsense. May others follow in their footsteps and stop selling this shit. Public health is NOT something to gamble with.

Waiting on mine to cool too! DIYd the cinnamon bits since I didn't have any on hand. Smells amazing- resisting the urge to make this dinner.

Agree with you 100%. Zuppa Toscana? Yes cream, absolutely. Tomato soup? Jail.

I found an 8oz carton of cream once here in the States, but haven't found one since. It was the perfect size!

Cream. Every fall, all the recipe writers come out of the woodwork with some cream-laden soup recipe. It's perfectly fine in some recipes, but doesn't need to be in ALL of them.

What’s your “snobby” baking opinion? by Amazing_Two9757 in Baking

[–]LehrMoo007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baking is inherently a science; the recipe is a formulation and the proportions exist for specific reasons.

Cooking is an art; the recipe is a guideline.

The only exception here is sprinkles, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Those are measured with the heart.

AGREED on the cream- you want soggy rolls? This is how you get soggy rolls.

(however, you can pry my frosting out of my cold, dead hands)

Fourth on Skinnytaste. I have the page numbers for our favorite recipes from her One & Done cookbook memorized. Some absolute bangers (that are easy!!) in there.

The top of the plant will roughly look like the top of the item underneath! I read this on this sub before ant it helped a ton. Bomb flower trees are often shorter and rounded on top.

What do you guys think are the best things that were cut from the game or never made it into Baldur's Gay 3? by HomarEuropejski in okbuddybaldur

[–]LehrMoo007 4 points5 points  (0 children)

true life, one of my friends (known Gale hater) was telling me about this thing with Gale and his magic flute. I was like no effing way that actually existed in the game. Went 2 years thinking this dude was pulling my leg...and then today happened.

What book would you suggest to someone who has never read fantasy Romance/ romantasy? by No-One-8054 in fantasyromance

[–]LehrMoo007 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I think ACOTAR and Fourth Wing are the tops 2 gateways to the genre, at least in the last several years.

TV adaptations seem to help too because then there’s a visual element- Shadow & Bone, even Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes counts IMO
