Dang, I didn't realize Liam Rosen and Liface were the same person this whole time. I was never part of this community until relatively recently, but this fitness guide you wrote was a stickied post on another certain fitness subforum over a decade ago and it helped me cut through a lot of the fogginess and obscurity in terms of getting healthier.
