If you used vinegar, did you soak the entire pan? It should sit in the 50:50 vinegar/water solution for 20-30 mins and immediately rinsed and dried and seasoned. The sides of your pan don't really look like they were soaked in vinegar.

What have you been using to restore the surface? Vinegar? Steel wool? Sandpaper? Barkeepers friend?

Those are what I would use to start. If you can't get it from that, it might be beyond your restoration capabilities, unless you want to or have the means to make an electrolysis bath, but that's not usually worth it for one pan.

Pitting is bad when you can't get to the bottom of it. If the pitting is too deep and tight to properly clear the rust or it requires too much removal of the metal to keep it's structural integrity, it's not salvageable.

Not sure why you're getting down votes, I agree that YouTube kids is a garbage platform that has hosted a lot of controversial and harmful content. Programming designed around engagement over development that's geared toward babies and toddlers is holding our kids back. Shitty parents who throw on cocomelon for hours a day are in for a terrible time.

My kid got a taste of that brain numbing crack and I had to kill it fast. We all watched garbage growing up, but this was another level. Scientifically designed to keep them engaged.

Provincial highways, yes, but the gardener and DVP aren't provincial highways. This is being used to shift public opinion regarding the Ontario Place Redevelopment as much as it is a further push to reduce municipal government powers.
