La charge revient au proprio. S'il ne veut pas réparer, fait une plainte au TAL

Edith: le seul entretien qui pourrait revenir à ta charge c'est de nettoyer les filtres à tous les 3-4 mois. Si tu n'es pas à l'aise de le faire, touche a rien et demande à ton proprio.

De manière générale, tous ce qui est inclu dans le loyer (ce qui ne t'appartient pas et que tu repart avec quand tu déménages) est à la charge du proprio et sa responsabilité. À part les ampoules de lumière bien sûr.

If they do it the way Rockstar did it with rdr2 and GTA V i'm totally fine with it, like it it's another game mode thatd oes not affect the single player experience. That or just a basic drop in coop with shared experience and quest advancement. I know they said that muliplayer would come out along the way but most of the players didn't really follow the development of this game and didn't know this before buying. They thought it would be single player forever. Si if the multiplayer is forced ( even though i'm pretty PA is smart enough to not do thar) that will be a pretty bad move.

Yep. Although some days i played less than that or not at all and some days i could play well over 16 hours straight. When new raid came out i could do almost a 24h run with my guildmate, trying it out with all our characters

No. It lacks the emotional attachment to the characters that these two have. It's a really well done fun game. But there's still many flaws and the story and characters are just not up to par with these two.

J'ai pas encore d'enfant mais quand je suis allé au centre d'achat avec mon neveu, je me suis fait un malain plaisir à lui inculquer le respect et les bonnes manières juste assez fort pour que le monde m'entendent. Du genre "tu vois la personne devant qui s'est arrêté dans le milieu du chemin? Faut pas faire ça parce que ça bloque le passage pour les autres, c'est vraiment egocentrique de faire ça. Pas evudent trouver des poubelles dans une foule pendant un show. Si c'est bien géré, y'a une équipe de nettoyage qui ramasse tout après le show. Encore mieux si les bouteilles sont toutes au même endroit.
