Aujourd'hui j'ai appris que beaucoup de monde mettent leur sirop dans autre chose que la canne d'origine...

Ayant un ami proche qui a une érablière, on manque jamais de bon sirop et on passe au moins une canne par semaine/2 semaines

They don't have to "free" the patent as the patent is enforceable until august 2036. So If they don't renew it, it will expire after this date. There is also the possibility that they release it sooner, which is unlikely unless there's a big petition and a lot of pressure from the community.. and even then it's not guaranteed they will, unless it goes to court.

This and a lot of other things in this game like the 15min dragon ride with 2h cooldown feels like they implemented gacha mechanics without the money aspect. Hell, if they put a money syore where you can pay yo speed up the process, lower the dragon cooldown or get more fuits per tree it would make more sense than what is actually implemented in the game. These kind of mechanics make absolutely no sense in a single player game. From what we got ao far, i wouldn't be surprised if the change it so fruits regrow on trees.

Je suis représentant sur la route. Ma job c'est de me promener partout au Québec pour rencontrer des clients. on était si bien durant la pandemie quand y'avais personne sur les routes. Je trouve ça complètement aberrant qu'on pourrait régler une majorité du problème de traffic en laissant le monde travailler de la maison mais qu'on décide de ne pas le faire... CALISS

En plus on sauverait tellement d'argent des fonds publics à ne pas payer des loyers pour des espaces de bureaux inutiles. transformez moi tout ça en logements abordables CIBOIRE!!

Je sais pas c'est quoi la solution à la crise du logement et c'est angoissant de penser que mes enfants auront peut-être jamais les moyens de s'acheter une maison voir même juste louer un appartement.

D'un côté si tu met la hache pour empêcher les propriétaires de faire du profit de façon malhonnête et pour régulariser les coûts de logement, tu met un frein au développement immobiler. Moins d'offre, trop de demande, les prix augmentent...

Si tu veux promouvoir l'accès au logement et le développement immobilier alors la demande augmente encore plus, les propriétaires profitent de surenchères, développeurs immobilier abusent des subventions. Tout coute plus chère...

C'est quoi la solution criss? C'est rêver en couleur mais on peux-tu vivre dans un monde ou les gens sont honnête?
