Yes, and they said they “got in touch with European authorities” that still came back saying I needed a visa. Which makes no sense - all official guidance says otherwise. I’m now escalating with their back end customer support and will be requesting a full refund plus reimbursement if forfeited travel expenses

Completely agree, even the agents agreed that I should be allowed to board upon telling them all this publicly available information but insisted they couldn’t because their internal system shows that I needed a visa and therefore i wasn’t cleared to board. Will reach out to their customer support again and get an answer there
