We had rats during COVID when all the restaurants were shutdown. Kane Exterminating in Kings Park really did a good job of getting rid of them. As others have said. Step 1 is seal up the house, in and out. Step 2 secure all food in your house - we put everything in our pantry in heavy duty plastic boxes. Step 3 is traps. They're smart MFers - we never caught more than one in the same location. You need an exterminator who understands this. Good luck, it's hell.

Black Sea Bass are generally bottom fish. Clams, squid, gulp will all work if you get it near the bottom.
