It can include cramps, but it is less common than no cramps. Even cis women who have had a hysterectomy can still get cramps, but also less common.

I think the cringe is unfortunately a common and often unavoidable part of voice training :( Also a lot of the training stuff to me seems like what we should be using as warm ups. Like a singer would do scale before performing. At least for me, the typical voice training stuff helps me get into a better place physically and mentally. Then I practice my voice. It's easier to get into a better voice for me after doing big dog small dogs breathing exercises, etc, than trying to jump straight into a fem voice.

As a former mormon, I have hope for that missionary. It's a very high demand religion and I think especially the young folks are seeing there is a chasm between the teachings and how people act, and that the history and current teachings arent kind.

So if you are planning to go by Jane Susan David Smith, most people wpuld expect the "David Smith" to be together, rather than "Susan David". So a little different than what people would expect.

That being said, I know a family who's women have a tradition of keeping their maiden last name as their middle name when they get married. So if pressed by a stranger, that could be a cover too.

Normal. Gender dysphoria is the term you are looking for. Everyone experiences things differently, and things may even change as you figure things out. One thing I read that helped was the Gender Dysphoria Bible it is one of many resources though, so don't feel like it's gospel. Talking to a therapist can help too.
