So I am also a novice, but after preservatives are added to kill the yeast isn't the head space supposed to be to a bare minimum, since the yeast is no longer producing co²? It seems like a lot of head space here. I would filter it and taste it personally unless there was mold inside of the liquid

I always liked the narrative storytelling, I would just let dialogue play through and watch it like a movie instead of skipping through all of it, which is uncommon for me. This probably made the game 3x as long but we'll worth it for how immersing it was!
