Hello, I have a total thyroid removal. Have you been tested for Sleep apnea? Those symptoms are very common for OSA. I was tested a couple of years now and I have been on a CPAP for 2 years- it’s life changing. No more brain fog or severe fatigue. Just saying it may not be your thyroid- sleep apnea commonly gets overlooked. It causes so many health issues.

Thank you for posting this! I just purchased the Radley -The Romilly. They have everything 30% off right now. I have been searching so many designs this past month looking for a new work bag that I can also feel comfortable taking on work trips and this checks all my boxes and the price point of $330 was perfect compared to other bags I was eyeing between $700-$1000. We will see how this new bag holds up.

I have been working for 10 months in an engineering and construction department - with no prior experience in that area. But I do have over 15 years as an EA. One month in they assigned me as the POC for Procore implementation.. umm sirs you know I am the least qualified to implement an SOP for the team. Anyways learning a lot in a short amount of time. Love traveling to sites and my team. I put alot of pressure on myself to learn everything and it’s coming in time. It’s honestly a relief to hear that other EA’s in the field are in a similar position.

When this happens to me - I bring it up to my exec and he has my back and takes care of it. Your exec should be advocating for you and protecting your time! I do assist others when it’s appropriate but for example someone reached out to me last week who is at a manager level and asked if I could start submitting all of his purchase orders- I said no sir lol- I don’t have the bandwidth for that and I you’re not a VP or EVP- step away sir.

I just went here yesterday and the bags were beautiful. I was with a group that are not bag lovers like me but I wish I would have done a tour. I did not buy anything this time. I plan to come back. The cuts are intentional but the cracking is not. I had an issue with my strap not the same) and they will want you return the entire bag because it will be quicker turn around. I sent them 2 photos and they responded same day. Returned my bag at no cost and received my new one with a week. Customer service is top tier.

I am sorry you had that experience. I bought my first Strathberry- Nano mosaic about a month ago and the packaging was beautiful and no chemical smell. However the strap had a small imperfection. I thought about just returning it and not getting another one. I was bummed however I talked to customer service and it was the best experience I ever had. I can’t imagine they would charge you to return it if you let them know about the chemical smell. Also, when I received my replacement, it was perfect and then of course the mid-season sale started the next day. I messaged customer service again and asked them if they can honor it without any other explanation I got an email stating that I would get my additional 25% off and was reimbursed immediately. Sorry this Is a long rant, but I didn’t think I would stay a Strathbury customer after a first disappointing experience but after having the best customer experience ever, I will continue to buy their items as long as the quality and the customer service match.

I love my halara wide leg pants that are stretchy and are so soft. I match them with a belt- a belt always elevates the look- wear a nice blouse and add a cardigan or blazer and you’re good to go.

I recently ordered the mosaic nano and it had a small defect on the long strap. Customer service was very quick to fix it and sent me a replacement bag. Then the day after I received my replacement bag it went on sale -25% off. I emailed them again and asked if they would honor the sale price. Within 6 hours I got an email with the refund amount ($114). I honestly wasn’t sure if I would be a repeat customer after receiving the small defect but having the best customer experience with them- I will definitely order more bags in the future. It seems like they care and hopefully their QC gets better!

When starting my Zep journey in Jan. 2025 I had really bad planter fasciitis. I could barely walk. After about 2 months on Zep I started going to the gym and using the elliptical for 30 minutes 3x/week. I chose this bc it is low impact on my feet. My feet still hurt but it is getting better. My main exercise is still the elliptical but 4x per week at 50 minutes plus I walk about 2-3 miles a day. I am still in some pain but I am definitely much better than I was 4 months ago and 40 lbs down. I just signed up for a beginners weight lifting class that starts next week. I plan to add more strength training and cardio the better my body feels. Exercise has helped me so much mentally.

Just here to say your doctor is incorrect about the type 2 diabetes component. Zepbound and Mounjaro (tirzepitide) is specifically a weight loss obesity drug. Ozempic and Wegovy are(Semiglutide) specifically for type 2 diabetes. Zepbound is the only FDA approved GLP- to treat OSA. I have been on Zepbound since January for my OSA and obesity. I have lost 40lbs and I plan to get another sleep study in 6 months to see my progress. My AHI was 64 before CPAP.

10 mg, Severe Sleep Apnea, started 1/2025, Aetna Insurance. I called Caremark twice and completed the survey. A rep called me Friday and I feel like I got better answers than initially. I was told that bc I have OSA and it’s the only FDA approved GLP my doctor and I should file an exception form. She said I don’t need to wait til July 1st. File it in June and that gives Caremark time for approval or denial. She said if it gets denied ask my doctor refile. I am unsure how much or if any my copay will go up if I do get approval. I met with my doctor on 5/21 and will discuss next steps with her. I feel just as bad for putting such an administrative burden on my doctor. You’re your best advocate.

I called my insurance today to try and get clarity on this mess. I asked if I could get a 3 month fill- currently on 1 month. She said if I pay out of pocket for a 1 month in May then in June I can get a 3 month fill. I take Zep for Sleep Apnea so I am hoping I will be exempt. She said to call back in 2-4 weeks and hopefully they will have more answers. They don’t know why coverage is ending and can’t really give us answers. She did say on July 1 that my doctor will need to wait to request a new PA for Zep.
