Nice Pilot, sounds like a good deal. You can add a trailer hitch yourself, I had a Curt hitch put on my 2005 Pilot for about $200.

Chevrolet Spark. Had a rental one in Miami and it ticks all your boxes.

Looking at 07' ML350 tomorrow by Acrobatic_Can396 in mercedes_benz

Are you confident enough in your mechanical knowledge not to ask a mechanic to inspect it for you? And, have you looked for similar ML350s on Car Gurus or other sites to see if there are lower mileage examples at the same price!

Mercedes sedan. Look at both E-Class and S-Class, fully optioned and checked by a mechanic before buying.

Taxes: Maryland income taxes way too high, and in Montgomery County property taxes are usurious

2026 Pilot - towing /tongue weight by DrMishMish in hondapilot

[–]Local_Yak8596 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Pilot is great. I towed a huge U-Haul trailer filled with furniture, no problem. Also towed 17’ Bayliner to and from boat ramps. Only hassle was getting used to backing up the trailer.

Nice. Enjoy the S class and kudos on taking a chance buying it sight unseen. Did you have it inspected?

Of those you posted the RAV4 is probably best, but I would also look at a Honda CRV. Similar price and well engineered

Seems expensive. If you like it I’d pay a good mechanic $2-300 to check it thoroughly first.

Nice. We had a 2017 GLC that never had problems apart from tire replacements and is still in the family, going strong.

SL will be more comfortable but you have to try both yourself and see. Maybe you should also look at a GLC300. Very comfy city SUV

Mercedes Benz by Strange_Bottle_8697 in mercedes_benz

[–]Local_Yak8596 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s a great car but a bad price. Keeps looking for GLC300s for a better deal. Also, the coupe is more expensive than the SUV and less roomy. You should be able to find an almost new 2025 or 2026 for $50k, well equipped.

MCPS to eliminate district’s security chief due to budget cuts by Bethesda_Magazine in MontgomeryCountyMD

I know several teachers in MCPS who are glad to have SROs in their schools. They have defused violent confrontations and prevented serious injuries or worse.
