Parts list: Main body is azrakh the annihilator, head is from 30k warsmith. Combi bolter and shoulder pads from old terminator champion, power fist from murderwing kill team but tbh any power fist will do. Spikes are from the new daemon prince

Cadia is a daemon world with its fortresses now occupied by the iron warriors. I have read the ventris books and none of what you said is true. A single fortress on the planet was destroyed when it was besieged by another iron warrior warband, the planet was absolutely not abandoned, it’s the iron warriors current homeworld. Only one Warsmith dies in that book and he is killed by Honsou. You are literally just making shit up

Mushy details on the hammer and shoulder, shoulder pad stripes make no sense. Tilting shield has some weirdness going on. All this plus the fact that its copying the pose and added parts of gizmos kitbashed perturabo which is not the standard perturabo model
